Return Policy Please check your equipment upon receipt. Returns for DOA or IF will be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Please notify us immediately for a product replacement. After the allotted time of 7 days, please contact the manufacturer as the manufacturer has provided a warranty for your product. If an item is remanufactured and defective please contact the manufacturer for service since all remanufactured items are covered under the warranty. If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately to initiate a claim with UPS. If a refund is desired, and the product is not defective, a refund will be issued and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Please be advised that shipping is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for ensuring that the item arrives back to us safely. All items will be inspected upon receipt.
