It has been like this since the player was first purchased, so it wasn't any physical damage that caused this minor issue. This is available only for local pickup. We are located in Burr Ridge, IL. You can also arrange for a shipping company to pick up and pack the item to the place of your choosing. We will not be responsible for the packing or shipping however.
